About the museum - Royal Worcester

The Royal Worcester Visitor Centre & Film takes you behind closed doors to see how figurines are designed, how a clay sculpture is dissected by master mould makers before production, new shapes developed and tested and giftware lines researched and created.

Interactive displays, videos and period recreations make comparisons between manufacturing methods past and present and you can see what was expected from employees by reading the 19th century Rules and Regulations!

You can also look into the company's original Copper Plate Store and listen to Fred as he talks about his work and how long it takes him to engrave a copper plate.
