Label Dr.Wall partridge tureens of this kind, now uncommon, were made in two sizes and may be found either in white with gilding or with natural colours. Copied from those made by Meissen, they were also made at Bow, Chelsea, and Derby. Originally all such Worcester tureens were mistakenly identified as Chelsea.
Description Tureen and cover in the shape of a partridge sitting on it's nest. Painted by hand in full colour.
